Welcome to Nuovo artista di età, jeff M lewis’ site. That is Italian for “New age artist”.
If you have found this site because you’ve enjoyed viewing work by jeff, please be our guest an enjoy viewing more.
His work is truly mixed media that incorporates paint applied to the canvas with digital brushes. Jeff creates a majority of his art from images he’s captured with his cameras and then paints what he envisioned the scene could be in his mind’s eye.
Jeff takes his finished works from his canvas to his archival pigment ink printers to bring them to you as Giclée reproductions that are professionally prepared to last several lifetimes.
Giclée (je-clay) is a French word that means to spurt, and was coined in 1991 by printmaker Jack Duganne, to represent any inkjet-based digital print used as fine art.
All the pieces on this site are available directly from the artist. Jeff produces every one himself, thereby leaving nothing to chance when fulfilling an order.
If you would like information on having an image made into a fine art collectible, please feel free to contact me to discuss your options. I have provided examples in the “Creating Fine Art from Images” Gallery.
